With the icardi talk seeming pretty advanced I was wondering everyone's thoughts? He seems somewhat of a poacher with suprisingly good aerial ability for his height. Not a real burner so will most likely be restricted to a striker role. In the past I've heard whispers of attitude issues but nothing concrete.

For me he looks to good to be a 3rd choice striker. I'd prefer to see Bamford/Solanke take that spot. I don't think we need to spend big on a 3rd choice striker just need to play Remy more. If we're guna spend money I would only like to see it spent on a fast centre half I.e Varane and a Replacement for Cech in the summer I.e Butland. CM isn't a worry I feel with Ramires now fit will play a big part for us, no need to waste money on Pogba when Loftus-Cheek could turn out just as good.

Wish I could comment on him but I never watch Italian football. Only reason I know his name is that I've often seen him on the scoresheet haha :)

{Ed008's Note - Icardi is a very good player for his age who can only get better very consistent performer when it comes to scoring goals etc and if we didn't already have Diego Costa I would have liked to see him in a Chelsea shirt.

From there comment (I believe by ED001) the other day. I see Remy moving on in the Summer. So, something like, Diego Costa, Icardi and Bamford could be a possibility for next season.
