Here is my weekly question guys,
Which Chelsea player which was sold or allowed to leave you miss a lot? Or putting it in other wards you were sad to see him/them go? (Sorry for my English lads as it isn't my mother tongue and actually is my 3rd language :D)
So for me the list goes like this:
1. Lampard - don't really understand how we could let him go, he was a legend and always will be, for me it is same as let Terry go.
2. Mata - loved the guy and he was best player of the year twice in a row in his first two seasons.
3. KDB - this is purely because of what player he became, he is the real deal. I know that he had stupid demands but just sad he didn't make it at Chelsea

I'd have loved to see KDB make it with us. Being Belgian I really like him :) shame he made some demands, surely he knows no player is bigger than the club.
I also kinda miss Mata. Love the guy, seems like a genuinely nice guy outside of football as well. He also brought some magical moments. That said, I don't think the club were wrong to sell him. It was a great offer and he apparently wanted to go, so no mistake there IMO. Just didn't fit the system.
Thirdly I'd go with Ricardo Carvalho. I LOVED him when he was with us. Fantastic defender in my eyes! I miss him sometimes. That partnership he had with Terry was something special :)

{Ed018's Note - I'll only add I wish that De Bruyne would've been given more of a chance and succeeded at Chelsea. He's far superior to Oscar in the attacking sense}

I didn't include De Bruyne only due to the fact that you can't really miss what you never really had. He never got the chance to play for us, so I couldn't justify putting him ahead of the other 3. Having said that I do agree with you though ed. Think if we had another solid CM ala Koke/Pogba, we wouldn't need our no10 to be as defensive.
{Ed018's Note - exactly. Obviously I don't think you will see De Bruyne back at Chelsea but pair Pogba or Koke with Matic and push Fabregas alittle more forward and I think we'd be better off}

Definitely Robben he was a whole different class.
Eidur Gudjohnson loved him at Chelsea and didn't pop at Barca.
Carlo Cudicini great goalkeeper. I know Cech was better and he left for first team football, but as he got left on the Spuds bench I wish he stayed with us. A proper talent and a joy to watch

The reason why I didn't mentioned robben is that he was wiling to go even though he was playing regularly where in case of KDB he left as he didn't play

Mata all day long. Loved the club loved the city, loved by the fans and only left because he was basically forced out by Jose. Would play him before oscar.
