Hi Ed002, with speculation of the club's alleged interest in Mats Hummels and John Terry's new contract, does this ultimately signal the end of the club's efforts to sign Raphaël Varane from Real Madrid?Thanks in advance.

Don't believe everything you read in the papers. I think it's safe to assume that a lot of effort will be put in to bring Varane to Chelsea this summer :)
Hummels will most likely end up at United I think.

We get linked with lots of players dude if we believed what the papers say we would have over 50 top players.

Ed002, I just am of the opinion that it is going to be very hard to get Varane out of Madrid in the summer.I just asked if Terry signing a new contract and "reported" interest in other players might mean that the club are looking at alternatives to Varane?That is all I wanted to ask, sorry, again.
