I fear, after the 4-2 thrashing that NY Red Bulls handed us in a friendly, that we may be looking at relegation this season!
Probably going to have to spend £200m plus to avoid such a relegation fight.

Of course I'm kidding. It's preseason, the first game even. People who are freaking out, please remain calm. This is in no way indicative of how good the team is right now. We're fine. I mean, look at last year. We lost 3-0 to Werder Bremen and the season turned out just fine :-)

Personally I think we should just save ourselves the heartache and apply for special dispensation to just drop into non-league football now, as that's clearly our level based on last nights match. =P
