Very disappointed with jose reaction to doctor, yes she made an error, but others have made mistakes. I don't feel one error is enough for her to be removed from bench.
Hopefully he will get over it and she will be back. She appears popular with players so I hope to see her back

Jose is Jose,he's just looking to blame someone else as usual when things don't go his way. If I have to look at decisions from Saturday from a football point and not a Chelsea fan, I would say yes it was a sending off and a penalty, which then puts us on the back foot. Not only Ivan but cesc got beat every time montero got the ball. The midfield dropped too deep allowing shelvey to pass the ball about with freedom. Hazard looked like he couldn't be bothered playing until last 10 mins. Lastly I too think it's sad about EC being axed from the bench as hazard did actually look in pain, so as expected you want medical attention ASAP, even more so because it's our most influential player. The Swansea game was just one of those days, we move on to a huge game on Sunday where if we win then it's all happy happy again.

Everyone is focusing on Eva Carneiro. I don't think he mentioned her specifically as she wasn't alone running onto the pitch. She wasn't even the first doctor that entered the pitch during that incident. But of course, because she's a woman everyone (by that I mean the media) focused on her.
Now I thought Mourinho could have handled this inhouse, but he did what he did and there's no turning back the clock. It's not that big of a deal, and people shouldn't blow it out of proportion.

A wrong move from Mourinho. Especially at this time, when the team performed badly.

He didn't mention specifically the name, but criticising the medical department publicly was bad enough already.

From WAGNH, there was a fan post regards to news and the reaction from commenters toward the situation was not great.

12 Aug 2015 07:15:14
I think this situation has more to do with her facebook post. At a place like chelsea you don't make a comment like that without proper authorization. You all need to look at it this way and stop focusing on her sex or popularity with the players and the general public.

{Ed001's Note - if she wasn't hot, would anyone care?}

12 Aug 2015 07:46:40
Jackson there's always only one doctor on the bench.
Coming on the pitch can't be the reason for head of medical stuff to be banned.
I can bet something else has happened. But the club would not go public about it.

12 Aug 2015 08:12:33
Spot on, Ed001.

12 Aug 2015 09:20:44
100% Ed001.

Antibot, you do realise Eva wasn't the only medical personal that went onto the field, yes? Jon Fearn was widely reported to have recieved the brunt of Mourinho's anger. And was on the bench. He may not be the first team doctor, but he is definitely part of the medical staff.

You seem to continue to make sweeping statements that are generally wrong and it seriously damages anyone taking you seriously. Bale was guaranteed to sign, Benitez is the best manager and we should still have him. PSG and Man Citeh outsell Chelsea. You're beginning to sound like Harry. Pushing opinion as fact not stop

12 Aug 2015 10:06:46
United fan here in peace, correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the player (hazard) ask for someone to come on to attend if he wants treatment first and then the medical staff come onto the pitch? But I agree she shouldn't be victimised by Jose, but also Ed you are right if it was Joe Bloggs nobody would be bothered. Eva is welcome in Old Traffords dugout though anytime guys if you don't want her.

12 Aug 2015 10:16:48
Exactly Melbourne, Eva wasn't the first doctor to go on the pitch. Jon Fearn was the first one I think (not sure about his name right now but there was someone else first onto the pitch).
Ed001 is also correct. Nobody would even care if Eva wasn't a woman or indeed if she wasn't as beautiful, and it's shame. It's the only reason people care about it right now. Just let it go, everything will be fine.

12 Aug 2015 10:37:38
Football clubs do not change things about medical stuff because manager was angry.
I am absolutely confident that you are notacompetent on this subject.

12 Aug 2015 14:10:26
There's a big difference between medical doctor and highly trained nurse. Knowledge and legal responsibilities are quite different.

12 Aug 2015 15:17:27
I'm quite confident you are not competent on any subject related to Chelsea, but it doesn't mean we can't play nice.

You think Eva is the only doctor at Chelsea's disposal? If you're not silly enough to believe so, do you think we would be liable if another medically trained professional was present at the games, other than Eva? Or are you ignorant enough to believe that she's the only doctor we can use and the only person qualified enough to treat the players. They may prefer her hands touching them, but it doesn't make her irreplacable.

Once again stop palming off your opinion as fact. You've shown yourself to talk out you ass, more than once. You being confident about something makes me even less so mate.

That and I don't yet believe Chelsea has put out an official press release regardingthe situation. Until they do, or until she fails to be on the bench against City, I don't see why we should believe the media reports.

12 Aug 2015 16:38:59
Melbourne, your post is full of hate, anger and frustration. There's is no need to argue with yourself.
All that I've stated is that club doesn't change chief of medical stuff because of angry manager IF THAT'S CASE AT ALL.
Personally, I think that Mourinho is on purpose taking all pressure on him so his players can play the game on Sunday with less pressure as possible.
And I have no intention to waste my time in pointless argument.

12 Aug 2015 17:46:34
No hate from me antibot. I spend most of my time in the real world. I work a lot, have a great partner, meditate and don't get upset with trivial issues. This page is for fun, although some posts may come across as passionate, I assure you, I couldn't care less with way your opinion rests on any given day, but when you post total bs, I will pull you up on it. So I may need to scale back on work ;) Also that isn't all you said. What you said is you bet something else has happened and the club won't go public with it. You then refused to answer any question in my rebuttal, instead choosing to pretend your views were never deluded in the first place.

Also, when did the club or any reports say Ava would lose her position? They have said she will remain in her position but take no part in game day or travel. She would remain as the head of the medical department.

You can't spout nonsense and then claim you've said nothing stupid. Its in writing, literally a few posts above your latest.

I do tend to agree with you that this is all a ploy to take pressure off the players. Just disagree that something happened that the club is keeping private, you have any idea what that is, you have any idea how club medical departments function or that I'm not competent to pass a logical opinion on your nonsensical posts

12 Aug 2015 18:37:40
That was speculation if there's any truth about changing chief of medical stuff. Usually things like that happen when some player was not properly treated. In cases like that clubs don't go publicly. There's no point to discuss this yellow page subject.
I believe that you misunderstood my post.

12 Aug 2015 21:52:37
I'm pretty sure Jose would demand any sign of hazard bring hurt he tells his staff he's a must treat. So their for they reacted on that. He's disguising our not so good performance! And it's worked.
