Im a Chelsea fan but I have to admit that if City keep investing that much in the transfer market this year and those recent years, they deserve to win the league.
I think of course there will be suspicion toward the money they spent. But they just need to upgrade the contract for shirt sponsor ship, stadium name, training ground name of Etihad group and other suspicious sponsorship that can't proved to link to the owners.

Teams don't deserve to win titles because of how much money they spend mate neither does shirt sponsorships. all down to what they do on the pitch

They bought dozen of players - some were lots of failure but there are some turned out to be like Silva, Kolarov, Toure, Aguero, Fenandinho. And they keep investing to find out more talent players. So I think it quite called deserve.

City have assembled a very good team right now and should be favourites for the title. Excellent for us as we seem to relish the underdog role :-)
