It's not the lads fault! I'm not ripping into him, it'd have rather seen him signed and kept. It's the club and their loan mentality I have a problem with!

Don't think J is having a go at the player himself, it's the fact that we have signed another young centre half, when, as he pointed out previously we already have at least another 4 highly rated young players, already out on loan. We already have Zouma and just signed the lad from Nantes, plus I expect we will go back for Stones in the future. If they all turn out to be good enough for the first team, then I assume we will have to sell some of them.

From what I've been told, we had a watching brief on Hector but were not planning on buying him until next summer but Spurs enquired about him so we moved - that's why he's gone back to Reading on loan.
