dont understand why RLC didn't play. or why kenedy and traore START. willian and hazard have played full 90 mins 3 times in a week plus that extra time and especially when our next match is against liverpool on a saturday lunchtime why can't jose take a slight bloody risk to start the youngsters? now it looks like playing with a full team has just gone tto pure waste and could potentially affect our performance against liverpool. these things really are frustrating about jose.

Who cares about what's minutes they have played. They haven't even started the season yet. They run towards each other instead of sprinting runs in behind or atleast in yo space. Atleast Kennedy and traore did that. Basic football. Bye Jose, respect him so much but it's obvious his football tactics don't suit our players. Need someone in to play quick passing attacking football.

Think Jose was trying to get some players back to top form, and I would not blame him for this loss. He can;t control the final shot, the misplaced pass in and around the penalty area. and there were signs of improvement eg in periods of the match Hazard did produce some wonderful tricky runs but not a goal and then missed the final penalty. hope that doesn't set back his confidence again. Oscar looked great in first half playing fairly high up pitch, faded a bitked to play deeper. Costa looked god for time he lasted. Willian and Ramiries tireless, but with inaccurate shooting and Ramires with mislaid passes. Zuma energetic, but he doesn't look, and isn't, a practise right back. Baba ok, didn't particularly impress either way. A pity we lost the penalty shoot out lottery -- a win in tricky match like that would have done a lot for team morale, may have kick-started a general revival. None of players played particularly badly, but we just were extremely wasteful, wasteful, wasetful with our final third passing and endless ineffective shots. though we were unlucky or their goalie made good save with the few that were on target -- we had 30 mins of extra time to break through and we couldn't with Kennedy and especially Traore injecting liveliness and looking dangerous but unable to get any composure into their shooting. Next two games loom large as potentially season defining: Liverpool this weekend then Dynamo Kiev. Win both and we may just be back on track. WE may need a bit of luck!

Actually I am a bit unhappy that we have lost but the performance today was the one we saw last season (apart finishing) but we played as the team who is much better than opposition. Actually I can bring many more positives from this game than any other this season.

I actually wanna. Make a huge statement and I know you all can agree or disagree as we will probably lose or maybe tie on Saturday but again everyone must take into consideration that we have been without our number one goal keeper! Yes Mou has done tons wrong with physio, attitude, player reactions and treatment but after watching the penalty shootout tonight I can't but be feeling sad and feeling a bit stooped by the fact that Bergie is not an A class goalkeeper and Courtoius is! Imagine Bayern Arsenal Man U Real Madrid Barcelona all these keepers are way better then ours! He let's in to many headers and goals! I know the players aren't playing their best fine but to fire MOU we must have Ancelotti or Simeoeone or Pep coming in and since none of those three will probably take over till next season just think about who will and what will they do!? Again I know MOU has been way out of line but again people Courtoius is huge more then huge so for everyone who says how awful we are and how bad we are playing if we had any of the above goalkeepers like our own Cech back then we can complain!
I'm really hurt on what's been with us this year but know Mou will find a job, he will coach PSG or Monaco or Inter he will succeed and his legacy will live on so before all of you throw him to the wolves cause for me besides PEP and Ancelotti and Lowe he is for sure top 5 with Klopp and Simoene also don't throw him away please cause he will haunt us one day!

JETS. For me it's not about his capability to win but more with how the win comes and negative PR to the company. I don't think he is the manager to build a team that will last and build an appealing global brand that can compete with other big brands. Remember Chelsea is not UK only and to be honest we are not an appealing brand because of the way we play and how we manage our PR. Jose is too much of a short term manager and you can see from signings which have been for mature players above 25yrs and you will agree now that today's football performance is majorly for under 25yrs because of energy levels involved gone are days when players would become better at 28yr.

Somebody said it earlier and really hit the nail on the head, playing nicely on the pitch and doing nice things off it don't get you supporters, winning does. Jose's a winner and the best manager in the world right now. There may be 2 managers at his level in the world and you're mad if you think they'll come here after we fire a top class manager because he's had a poor quarter of the season.

TK I don't agree with you. You are trying to imply that winning can not be achieved while playing well and doing nice things. all the most successful clubs have combined all the 3 to build an appealing brand. So why do u want CFC to be good at only one of them.

I'm not saying I prefer a bad image but mourinho almost gauruntees success which for me is the most important thing. Many people also don't give credit for his ability to play attractive football, he scored the most goals in a la liga season in his second year in Madrid. Jose sets his team out to win and if that means playing compact than so be it and if it means playing teams off the park so be it as well.
