So the latest reports suggest Jose knew that the team needed 3 or 4 quality signings in the summer to compete again, otherwise we would struggle. The boards attitude being that we won the league easily and should be good enough to go again. Would it be fair to suggest to the board that Jose knows more about his players, his team, and football in general, than the people on the board. As they have let the manager and the supporters down, how can they even consider sacking the man who was right all along,
We should all accept that mistakes have been made, and because of the disappointing summer, we are going to make a right "pigs ear" of this season. Please mr and Mrs board persons, please listen to Jose in future, because he clearly knows more about football than you obviously do. Might I suggest you try and sign the players he wants, and make every effort to do so, and not a player that is not Joses choice. You see the result of not listening or backing the manager with the pantomime of this season.
Of course I am sure ed02 will correct me if my observations are not correct,

Sid,
I rate Mourinho as a manager, but he has always been lucky enough to manage teams with money (not sure about Porto), and he has always been able to buy any player he wants.
In the meantime, Wenger has had his hands tied due to the financial restraints of moving to The Emirates, but has kept us in top 4 and CL qualification every year, as well as 2 successive FA Cup victories.

Despite this, Mourinho has called Wenger a "Specialist in failure'.
If your post is correct and the Board have cut back his spending, thus putting him on a level playing field with Wenger in the transfer market, will the words "Specialist in failure" come back and haunt him?

I think this was meant to be a joke but bore off mate. He did't have that much money to spend at Inter and hardly relied on money at all at Porto, although he did have an incredible squad to work with. Also at Chelsea since he returned he might have spent a lot but we have managed to breakeven near enough with sales, whilst every other manager (including the specialist in failure) has spent hundreds of millions as well. You can't use the stadium as an excuse for being crap anymore. Enjoy Europa League football (not that there is any point of you being in the CL anyways) . Maybe one day you'll make it past the Round of 16 and into the Quarter Finals. Doubt it though haha! London is blue and until you win something meaningful it shall stay that way.

Jesus Saim, you are so bloody boring.

Oh sorry, I forgot you won tonight, so instead of slagging Mourinho off like you have been doing all season, you have your head firmly stuck up his ar5e.

Read the post properly Dick.
Was I slagging Mourinho off?

Try coming to the Arsenal page, at least we have proper discussions, you know, BANTER, if you look at top of page it gives you a clue because it says BANTER, and we welcome views of other supporters.

You really are a proper dick mate.

04 Nov 2015 22:45:57
And dick, look at Arsenal's history and look at Chelsea history.

You have been winning things for 10 years, we have been doing it for much much much longer dick.

Must be fools night out tonight.

04 Nov 2015 23:24:02
That why you on our page tonight dags? ;)

Lol Fuser,

Not at all mate.
But your boy Saim is a dick lol.

05 Nov 2015 08:17:14
Seems I have touched a nerve mate, no need for that language. Yes, let's look at the history of the two clubs- one has a Champions League trophy, and one doesn't! And all you have to do is scroll down and see that in just about every post I've done this season has supported Jose and not once have I slagged him off. Jose Mourinho is the special one, Arsene Wenger is the 5-1.

05 Nov 2015 08:20:15
And also if you read my first post it was quite clearly this 'banter' that you speak of, you're the one that turned it into a slagging off match. Also read back my first post, all I said were straight up facts so you should probably calm down. I know it can't be easy seeing your team lose 5-1, especially when you're as deluded as most Gooners and think your team is world class lol.

{Ed001's Note - telling someone to 'bore off' is not banter, it is idiotic and you deserved to get some stick for being an arse.}

05 Nov 2015 08:49:18
You're feisty, Dags. I like it ;-)

05 Nov 2015 09:12:24
Come on mate, surely telling someone to bore off isn't half as bad as calling someone a dick 5 times. I was giving my opinion and I did't mean it in an offensive way. Much worse is said on this site so I don't see why I'm being singled out for something so silly.

{Ed001's Note - bore off is just annoying and pathetic, it was killing any banter, regardless of the rest of your post it was lost because of that. Just give your opinion, there is no need for the rest.}

05 Nov 2015 09:26:35
Fair enough, I'm sorry if I caused any offence. Please could you put a word in Dags ear about calling me a dick though, it's 6 times now in 4 comments and to be frank it's pretty irritating and childish.

05 Nov 2015 15:38:50
Ed,
It's OK mate, I did take offence by Saim telling me to 'bore off', but I was totally out of order for calling him a duck.
I have apologised to Saim.
Sorry.
