Magicandshirley your right in a way but all the top clubs wanted him so scouts etc etc must of seen potential. They wasn't going to sign him for the sake of it. Just glad we took the punt.

Ummmm, Pinky - the scouts - Rahman, Pato, Falcao, Remy, Miazga, Cuadrado, Hector, Moses, Marin, Djilobodji, Cristian Cuevas, Van Ginkel, Atsu, Wallace, Salah, Romeu, Jhoao Rodriguez, Stipe Perica, Ulises Davila, Danilo Pantic - not a great scouting record!

Mrs Costa the scouts- hazard lukaku kdb kenedy Bertrand tibo zouma azpilicatua. Some very good ones so you can argue both sides.

Our scouts have done brilliantly recently apart from like last year. Also I think they were talking about scouts from the biggest clubs all over Europe watching Barbosa. He's clearly a very good player to have caught the eye of so many clubs.

Mrs Costa, pretty sure a profit was made on all those players. A player could at 16/ 17 look the absolute part and be miles ahead his peers and simply just hit a ceiling in terms of development for whatever reason. I personally think the club do a great job with signings considering our pull as a club.

Rahman - could still turn into a very good player. Needed time to settle and a prolonged run of games.
Pato - Was only there to fill avoid. Was never going to be signed.
Falcao - Jose thought he could get him back to his near best, fitness failed him. Only a loan.
Remy - scores goals wherever he's played. In/out of squad. Never had a full run of games.
Miazga - still only young. Needs a loan.
Cuadrado - good player, never settled. Let's see how he plays a full season under Conte and judge him then.
Hector - another youth prospect. Needs a loan.
Moses - good player on his day, too inconsistent though. Would rather we sell then another loan.
Marin - never lived up to his German league hype.
Djoibidji - Apparently we had been scouting for a while. Why I don't know. Loan to another English club needed to see if he can hack the PL.
Cuevas - again another young player. It's hard to know how EXACTLY they will turn out. But have to give them a chance to improve and grow.

Yes, a profit was made on most of the players (in transfer price) but we're not a City trading company! We need our scouting system to produce 1st team players.
