Manchester City have agreed to let Eliaquim Mangala leave for Napoli on loan, according to The Times.

The 25-year-old defender is reportedly deemed surplus to requirements by City manager Pep Guardiola, who signed John Stones this sumer from Everton.

This may help Chelsea in their bid to sign defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

Would probably make sense to move for romagnoli instead as koulilbaly will be off to African nations. They seem to have them every year or two. Rodriguez at LB would allow Dave to go back to RB and give a more balanced back line. Cannot see it happening myself but I would love James at the bridge, he's fell down the pecking order at Madrid.

We'll get both. Romagnoli and James. 100%.
