Nice to get back to winning ways. Conte still needs to ring the changes after the international break. If we're playing 4 at the back I'd put Zouma and Terry together and I'd personally like to see Luiz pushed into midfield as he's better on the ball than Matic. We do look far better with our naturally footed Spanish full backs though.

I agree with the full backs, they really are a must from now on in. Zouma is all very well but he will need game time to get back to where he was, if he can, so in the meantime it will be Cahill. I don't like Luiz at the back; with his passing ability and shot he must be midfield. However, getting back to winning ways was a must but we are only getting results against teams we 'should' expect to beat, against the top opposition we have been woefully lacking.

Personally I'd play Terry and Luiz at the back until a Zouma is fit. Whilst Terry and Cahill have had a fairly stable relationship at the back, I don't think that will stop Cahill from making the mistakes he has been recently. Hopefully by playing next to Terry, Luiz could learn to replace him. I'd only play him in midfield against the top sides. Seriously don't need 2 defensive CM's against the majority of other sides especially if we play 3 at the back.

Don't get excited, we somehow won against one of the worst teams in premier league.
Obviously Conte will switch to play with 3 CBs in formation 3421(343), that could end up Chelsea career for Fabregas and Oscar.
If there's a player that Conte will try to lure to Stamford Bridge IMO that's Douglas Costa who is not getting to much playing time under Ancheloti.

Why are you always so pessimistic antibot? I went to the game yesterday, apart from the first 10-20 minutes we were pretty good. To be honest 2-0 could have been 3 or 4 quite easily.
Also there's 0% chance in Douglas Costa coming to Chelsea. The reason he isn't playing for Bayern under Ancelotti is because he's injured and out until November!

I'm not pessimistic at all. Douglas Costa is the only player that makes sense. BTW getting result doesn't necessarily mean that you played well or bad.
