In upcoming transfer window Conte will try to add few more players of his choice and offload those who does not fit in his plan.
Expect a Left wing back, a CM, a CB and an attacking winger to join so what will be realistic targets.
However if Conte does not get his desired players he may wait untill summer.
So coming this transfer window what are our targets.
Left wing back: Call kenedy from loan/ Bernardeschi / Shift azpli when required.
CM : Nainggolan/ Kondogbia/ Nzonzi / Maia / Brozovic / play chalobah, fab when required.
CB : Ramangoli/ Bonucci/ Koulibaly/ Van Dijk / Rudiger / Sule / play ivanovic, terry, zouma when required.
Attacking Winger: James Rodrigues/ Willian only attacking winger on bench to be used when required.
Most of us would love to see griezman/ dybala, verrati etc but i don't think that will happen in winter.
So how many new players should Conte sign in january window?

Verrati I love to see.
Van dijk would be a good addition.

Though i will love to see Verrati i won't mind Nainggolan in CM and he got good goal scoring record too as def midfielder.

Bernadeschi has mostly played as a RW so don't think he'd be bought as a LWB.
I personally don't think Rudiger or Sule are good enough on the ball and think Van Dijk is simply flavour of the month. Out of your list I'd only go for Romagnoli
I'd also pass on James Rodriguez as he's not the type of winger/ forward required for our formation but more of a number 10.
I don't really rate Nainggolan as better than our current options and don't see value for money in the deal. Same with Nzonzi and Brozovic.
