You can buy tickets on the official Chelsea website. Look at the match you want to attend and then see when they go on sale. Best to take out a club membership first as that will give you a better chance of obtaining a ticket. Any tickets not sold to existing season ticket holders and members go on general sale last. Hope this helps.

I don't believe there is much hope of getting a ticket in general sale, even though membership costs 25 quid it at least will be a safe bet.

yeah, I knew there is a membership and that sort of money is no problem. but if I want to get tickets for us home to Boro, do I really have much chance through the website or would it sell out?

{Ed002's Note - The club typically lists the number of unsold tickets in the 100-500 per home league game - so it is an effective sell out. These tickets are typically related to hospitatilty and hospitality returns. Getting hospitatlity tickets for Middlesbrough would, I should think, be easy enough and may be cheaper than going to one of the ticketing agencies. Have you tried a simple search of the internet?}

yeah I have, just figured there may be a few 'in the know' regular posters here. I appreciate the replies.

Had the exact same scenario for the Bournemouth game. Purchased the membership in advance after getting the advice of others. When they went on sale they sold out before I could get three tickets together so I just ended up purchasing them on the ticket exchange which was fantastic. Paid £72 per person (ticket + membership) for excellent seets in Matthew Harding Lower. That way worked out excellently for me.

that's quite reassuring thanks Tk, I wonder if memberships can be borrowed?

I don't believe they can because they ship the tickets to the address of the membership 18 days before the game. I left 8 days before game day so I was getting a bit edgy towards the end.
