Was poor on all three goals in my opinion. First: shouldn't have come steaming off his line, Capoue still had to control an aerial ball and defenders were getting back, his rush of blood meant it was a simple header. Second goal is perhaps harsh, but I think Courtois would have dived at the ball earlier and stopped Janmaat getting the shot off. Third goal is simply a matter that Courtois' reflexes are much better and he is especially good with blocking with his feet.
Begovic never convinces me in goal anymore, seems devoid of confidence.

I always get behind the players and team wheely, read my posts and you will see that but I don't think Ake is ready yet and needs more game time which we can't afford to give him while he is making errors! We want to compete with the very best hence a young player must be ready 100% if they are to come in. He will be sold or loaned in the Summer. Zouma does not fit our system and looks akward on the ball. I think he will be sold as well. I did not mention JT as he is going anyway. Watford had scored just 1 away goal in all of 2017! The defence last night was terrible and Conte will of seen that as well. We all want a young homegrown to come in but they must be 100% ready. This is top level football, a club who next season will compete for the Champions League and all 3 domestic competitions. Only the very best will do. And sadly, last night showed Ake is not ready yet, that is why the club will spend big on a new centre back and bring Christenson back who is ready. My opinion.

G8:I said earlier I like Ake but he is not a full back, more a wing back. Yes, he did make a mistake but to be fair what player doesn't. Zouma to me has not progressed. He was injured badly but just before I felt his mobility was too sluggish against pacy teams and I am not so sure he is Conte's type of player anyway. To make an impression in Europe as well as our league we need to strengthen what we have.
