A mate of mine tells me that a signing was due to be announced after the final.
He says there has been a last moment hitch.
Any clues who it might be Ed?

go on tommy I'll bite 🎣, how would your friend know that? , first question I would of asked him was, who told you that? How do you know that?, is your friend Antonio conte? , no offence mate but I use to hate seeing my friend told me comments on here, there was a poster named pinky who would always say someone told him we were signing a player and then when we didn't he would look daft.

Its one of those "I want it to be true thngs" My mate works at Chelsea and he says there have been whispers about a signing but he can't find out who (about as good as a choclate teapot) I was hoping Ed might have a clue but I guess, if its going to happen it will happen.
Its a fair point about trusting a mates info but I remember I was told by a person directly invoved in the JT saga and I truly believed he was going to stay at the club. So who knows!
