i was against signing lukakau based on touch and technique i am coming around to favouring the move now, he already has 85 premiership goals and only just turned 24, if he scores 20 goals next season he would over take the great Drogba for premiership goals, if he can average 19.5 goals for the next 9 seasons which he would be just turning 33 years old at the end of that season he would be the all time premiership top scorer, i don't think average players get anywhere near them figures, if his all round game improves he could be the best in the world, we will be buying a 25 goal a season striker who can and will get better with age and experience . all things considered i hope we pay what ever it takes to get him, and the plus side he supports chelsea.

Well if we sign him we have to at least support him and mourinho said when we signed drogs judge him when he leaves chelsea.

Isn't it amazing how quickly fans come round when all summer they've slagged Lukaku off and didn't want him here? But now costa is heading out the door they've changed their minds. Very fickle.

cfc adam its like this for months we have been linked with loads of strikers from Aguero, lukaku, belloti, morata, sanchez ect, so i can only talk for my self and he was bottom of the list for me, i would still prefer to get harry kane who is a better striker and player than lukaku, i still think morata has a better all round game than lukaku, i know Aguero is a better player than lukaku, and i don't buy the thing that lukaku will get better playing with better players, he's 24 years old, and for 5 years has been in the Belgium squad / training camps world cups / Euro's, and Belgium have world class players, the big difference in myself is that we are about to sign him he's basically a chelsea player, so i have a choice either get behind him and support him or hate him and booh him, i choose support, i don't know if that makes me fickle or not.

I have ALWAYS said. I don't rate Lukaku and I would prefer it if we signed Morata but if he puts on our shirt next season, I WILL support him.

H**k me. I didn't. I hated him. Supported the players NOT the manager. Btw before anyone says anything I was a season ticket holder. Booed the manager never the players. The club has a better understanding of what players they want to sign. And have a better insight then you and me combined. Sometimes things don't work out for whatever reason i. e. Schevchenko.

I agree about benitez i hated him also an would if booed him but i will gst behind lukaku even do i don't think he's good enough simply because if chelsea are willing to shell out huge money let's support our owners decision and support who he buys as for roman wed be no where so hopefully lukaku can prove us all wrong.
