Iv heard over last few years englands underage talent and youth system is poor and no talent coming through because the pl teams keep buying and not giving youth a chance. i would agree highly with that. look at chelsea we are the absoloute worst of all. de bruyne lukaku soon to be ake traore etc wev let massive talents go because either we can't accomadate them because of the high quality of our squad or else there deemed not ready or good enough. what are you guys thoughts on youth players trying to break through england have been critisiced heavily in recent years over it what are your guys thoughts and edds.
{Ed001's Note - it is a big problem, the rewards are so great in the Prem that no one is prepared to take a chance on failure and missing out on those rewards by playing youth.}

I hear ya edd thanks for the reply. would like to see christiansen intergrated this year do u feel he might have a shot at first 11 . who do ya reckon can replace costa seems lukaku is a banker.
{Ed001's Note - if he stays I am sure we will see him play, he looks a quality defender. It does seem certain to be Lukaku to replace Costa, though I personally feel that is not a good choice.}

I agree i hate watching lukaku his link up play is shocking he's bot very fast his touch is woeful an it seems lime some games completely drift bye him. would u think bakayoko will ruin chalobahs chance in the team or do u feel hel still play more over cl football. be great if christianson makes d break through finally a youth star making it would be brilliant for the club. any idea what's happening with baker and musonda loan maybe? I no edd 02 mentioned loftus cheek wil go on loan and zouma loaned or sold. ake aswell on that list . what's your thoughts on michy do ya reckon hel be kept around.
{Ed001's Note - I expect Chalobah to get a lot of chances, Conte uses his subs well and you will have a lot more games next season too. Last I heard Musonda and Baker were likely to be loaned out, but that was a few weeks back. Personally Batshuayi has not impressed me at all, he is a bit Lukaku-esque in terms of his touch whenever I see him. I think it will depend on who is brought in as to what happens to him. If Conte can, I am sure he will replace him.}

The board really seem to be behind conte now don't they backing him for bakayoko and sandro. any idea how many he wants brought in we all no a left back a midfielder and a striker any wingers or does he see pedro willian an hazard enough up top . would ya think they will use bats in a deal to bring someone else in. i personally feel conte doesn't want lukaku. i think hed rather morata but edd 02 stated before that someone at chelsea insists and keeps pushing for lukaku . would conte like to upgrade on moses or will he end up pushin azpi out der maybe . thanks for replys edd enjoy the chat edd 02 doesn't often come across very chatty i suppose over people constantly annoying him with same questions.
{Ed001's Note - Ed002 is very chatty in the right circumstances and about the right things, but he does have to put up with endless repeat questions on the sites, so he doesn't tend to have much time or patience left, understandably.
The club is targeting Champions League, that is what Roman sees as the aim of the club, to win it. I believe that there is just a striker or two and a winger to come, though it depends on the other striker. From what I can gather, Morata was preferred due to being able to play on the wing as well.}

Ah yes i hear u edd and certainly im not knockin edd 02 he does great work for us fans an we all apreciate it. ya certainly at the price madrid are throwing morata around for i would say its safe to say chelsea won't be held to randsom for morata or anyone for that matter. any winger or striker ud think would suit chelseas formation. not asking who we should sing here just who u feel as a football man will suit chelsea.

Do ya think baker or musonda have the quality for chelsea or a bit too early to judge il certianly be watching chalobah an baker at 5pm against germany to see how good they really are.

Absoloutely edd tammy abraham would suit our formatiom down to the ground tall lanky front man be can play wide use his long legs to stretch in behind defenders and his hold up play for the under 21s has been outstanding so far this tournament . i agree if we had sanchez and hazard wide with pedro or moses as ratations we would have an incredible line up d front man if its lukaku will be the down side do.

Ya the fact he only got 8 goals last season in an average dutch league maybe conte didn't deem him good enough. who knows.
{Ed001's Note - I have no idea, I don't look at stats as they can often be deceptive. I would assume Conte would know if the lad fits what he wants though, so I am not arguing, just saying it could be that Abraham might have the same problem.}

Maybe edd we shall see how it unfolds my friend the england under21s aren't looking too impressive tonight germany having most of the possesion. be hard to see spain not winning this tournament with the maestro saul niguez in midfield running the show.
{Ed001's Note - I was not overly impressed with the 20s either myself. I think they won in major part due to being much more physically advanced than the opposition, rather than being better players. They were outmuscling opposition, rather than outplaying them. At 21 level it is much more difficult to do that. It was the Freddy Adu syndrome for me, the 20s looked great because they were full grown adults against kids.}

Ya maybe so lewis baker doesn't look like he's anywere good enough for chelsea yet hasn't kicked a ball all game bairly. will hughes has been decent as was gray before he came off the defense has been all over the place pickford looks solid tammy doing ok but over all they look leggy and are being completely dominated they should look to put mawson or someone bigger on that big lad who got the second goal he's outmuscling holgate.

Ed 001 Who would be the ideal cf fit for you for chelsea know you said sanchez on the other wing right? Or sanchez through the middle and the lad from fiorentina on the right bernadschi not sure how you spell it would love chelsea to be brave enough and play musonda on one wing abraham as back up cf did like kennedy the other year but think he's died a death unfortunately.
{Ed001's Note - to be honest, I think being brave and playing some of the youth would actually help get results. They often play out of their skin to make an impression. The ideal cf for me, imo, is Morata, because he is decent wide as well, so you can play an interchanging front 3 then.}
