Hey guys new poster here just going to give you my thoughts.
I'll be really worried if we don't sign Alex Sandro he's the only one we're linked with who's genuinely world class. Hazard is out for the start and we have no other inside forward who is world class to replace him. Willian and Pedro both good players but can't influence the game as much.
I like Morata but he's a big downgrade on Costa no matter how people see it. Costa will be a massive miss I know his attitude is poor but he's one of the best on form.
Bakayoko I think will be a big signing for us as well as Rudiger but it's starting to worry me that Conte isn't getting the players he wants and he will walk away next summer if it continues.
Apparently we've agreed a deal for Danilo. I don't know about anyone else but I really don't like signing players out of form. I thought we should have targeted Conti before he went to Milan or we should target Jeremy Toljan he's a fantastic player, physical and a fantastic crosser of the ball one of the big stars of the U21 euros.
Is Morata better than Michy I'm not so sure i would rather give Michy a run and aim for a better inside forward like Sanchez or Dembele. We really need to be bringing the likes of Toljan and Alex Sandro in and not other teams back up players.

Morata is a year older than Bats and a vastly superior player to him who, apart from 'that goal' has done nothing of any note in his career and whoever paid £30m plus for him wants shooting. If we get Morata he will prove a very good buy if he settles. The Danilo 'possible' smacks of desperation to me. As for Sanchez, is her worth the £375 - £400,000 pw he thinks he is? Never. When Chelsea beat Arsenal last year at the Bridge you would not know he was playing and unless you give him the ball all the time he throws a strop.

How is the Danilo deal desperate? Was quality at Porto, went to Madrid, had a world class right back in front of him and didn't get in the side. And.?
Form is temporary, class is permanent.

Many players are classy but never show lasting form for many reasons. He looked good in a poor league and has been anonymous ever since and WE suddenly want to be him! I doubt this is a Conte pick.

Remember wesley sneijder, van der vaart, chicarito, etc just cause a player doesn't settle to a certain club doesn't mean he's not good enough for another top club. look at forlan at man united went on to be a prolific scorer after he left. who wpuld of said moh salah would be at liverpool or de bruyne ending up at city, jerome boateng radamel falcao angel di maria felipe luis the list goes on don't judge a player on previous form or a bad spell in a team he wasnt getting into as adam said class is permanent form is temporary.

CFCAdam/ Magichabdshurley: I do not disagree with your sentiment BUT Chelsea should not be buying players on the off chance they find their form. I also said "I doubt" he was a Conte choice and that was based on Conte putting his wants list forward early and we suddenly start sniffing around Danilo. We are back training and off on tour and I am sure Conte would have wanted all his signings on the trip and Caballero is the only one going!

Danilo is a Conte's pick as he had tried in his Juventus days to sign him. Being on the bench at Madrid or Barcelona doesn't make much difference as there lots of world class players there and Spanish contigency also come into play.
Remember there must be something about any player that signs for Madrid. So chillax guys and trust Conte as he has earned it.
