Ed001, if you're around. I remember you giving an honest (and pretty negative) assessment of RLC's loan to Palace. What do you make of the first few weeks for him there? Palace have been dreadful, and not a single goal scored is diabolical, but RLC is looking like an electric player so far.
Your view? :)
{Ed001's Note - so far he has done fairly well, but he still lacks that willingness to track back that has cost him his place at Chelsea. I think the change to Hodgson will help him, as Roy will drill the team over and over on how to defend, how to get into shape, to get back quickly etc. That is what he is missing, so this could be the making of him.}

Totally agree ed001. That has been my opinion re RLC. I feel he has a poor work ethic and think he may have been a victim of his own success. He has done well but sometimes strolls around with no urgency. I know he has that languid style of play but if he wants to have a career at Chelsea he needs to step it up.

Attacking wise he looks like a monster in the making though. You're probably right regarding his workrate, but I do think he can do a job defensively. Playing him as an actual midfielder instead of an attacker would help him probably in that regard.
