Unlucky lads, generally played well and ultimately went out to the great Leo, poor mistakes led to their goals. Poor goalkeeping from Courtois, you'd be better off without him, comes out every other week saying my hearts in Madrid, you were 3-0 down and your players still showed commitment and desire to score A goal, unlike our players yesterday, players seem to be playing for Conte despite what's being said in the media. Maybe you can fully concentrate on getting in the top 4, might help playing once a week like you did last season.

Wouldn't say your players had no desire tbh i just think they followed a game plan to be solid defensively and just sneak a 1-0 or 2-0 win but it just backfired. It's how Mourinho likes to play and it does well in the league but in Europe it can be a problem. But thanks anyway and i agree just silly mistakes costs us and Messi being Messi. Players and the majority of our fan base have been behind Conte but he's been part of the problem at times this season. I think the players don't have a probpem with him but he's set up in games poorly at times and his bad relationship with our board hasn't helped in the slightest. He'll most likely be off at the end of the season even if we managed to get top 4 because of what's happened since the summer.
{Ed0333's Note - Theres more chance of Liberace coming back from the dead and having an affair with Theresa May then there is of Conte staying at Chelsea beyond this season.

Lol Ed0333 i agree with you. I wouldn't be surprised if it's partly why we've been so inconsistent and poor defensively all season. Seems as if the players have known it for some time. Wish him the best of luck though when it happens, just truly hope we can end it on a high with him.
{Ed0333's Note - he won you a premiership mate and that’s a profound achievement. I love Conte as a personality as he takes no crap, says it like it is and doesn’t give those banal Brendan Rogers type interviews. As a manager/coach I think he has failings but hey ho not everyone is Arrigo Sacchi. I’m sure you guys will give him the sending off he deserves when it happens regardless of the situation.

{Ed0333's Note - no idea mate, I would ask eds002. I’m not an ITK with regards to football since I left the UK. I used to get a lot of lovely juicy gossip when I was a journalist back in the day but when I left blighty I didn’t keep in touch with media colleagues so the info stopped. A good friend of mine works for Kicker in Germany and I get some great stuff from that source from time to time. They did tell me that Naby would be happening when others said it was dead but they’ve also told me other stuff that didn’t materialize.
