think Icardi, younger, bit fiery faster and good scoring record would be better signing than lewandowski but RL is the big name players like hazard etc want the club to get.

I worry Lewandowski would be a bit like Shevchenko, signed a few years too late.
Lewandowski is class obviously, but so was Shevchenko. But having never played in the premier league at almost 30, it's always a risky signing in my opinion.

I find the whole lewandowski rumours wholly untrue for anything Close to the 100m quoted. Not in our DNA and righfully so. Not for a 30 year in August. Maybe for between 30-40m max for me.
