Can anyone confirm that Bailey has rejected the chance to join Chelsea this window.

I think Bailey's club Bayer Leverkusen don't want to sell him in this transfer window so It will take a very huge bid to change their mind (which I am sure Chelsea might not be open to) . I read that they believe they can challenge for the German league this season with him on board. I also read that Leverkusen rejected a £50m+ bid from Bayern Munich for him at the beginning of the transfer window. To get him now you might need to pay up £70-£80m.
