I thought that we would do better. Atleast have more goals and wanted some goals from Morata. MMMMMMMM Any comments.

All about winning and hopefully a very easy group stage.
I’m sure the players have harder training sessions.
Lots of pluses, Barkley and Christiansen top that list for me but I’m still NOT totally convinced about our keeper (already given my analysis in a previous post) with high balls and I’m sure the happy hammers will give him a going over at the weekend.
The Pedro injury didn’t look good but fingers crossed he is ok.

Thought it was a good team performance. Felt sorry for Morata he started fast and was involved and tried hard. But as the game went on you could see the confidence draining from him as the game went on.

Rom the finishing I thought the only one who didn’t look good was Zappa. I thought his general play was poor.
Overall good performance, in years gone by we have controlled games like this and conceded late equaliser. So good result.

Andrew, I agree with you about Morata but everyone knows I’m a big fan.
I have this horrible feeling it’s not going to work with Chelsea or Sarri but I hope I’m wrong.
Could be another Torres type story!
