Ed001, I have been reading your posts about the kind of strikers Sarri likes, and I have been thinking, "What about Tammy? "
Do you think he's good enough for us, Ed? If not, what are the areas in which he can improve?
I am really hoping that Tammy scores 30+ goals this season so that he atleast gets a look in.
{Ed001's Note - I do think he is good enough, what he needs is experience, but I just fear Sarri will not give him the chance to gain that experience in the Chelsea first team. Abraham is certainly too good for the Championship, so he should be good enough anyway.}

Would it be fair to say that he's the 4th best English CF after Kane, Vardy and Wilson? And better than the likes of DCL, Jay Rodriguez, Gray, Austin, Ings, Gayle, Sturridge and Welbeck?
{Ed001's Note - not yet I wouldn't say that. Though it is worrying to look at that list as there is not exactly a lot of top quality strikers on it. You do seem to have forgotten Murray though!}

Is Sarri not a manager for the younger players he does seem slightly reluctant using them which I get as he’s new to the club but long term will it be any different do you think?
{Ed001's Note - he never showed any signs of bringing through youth players at previous clubs, but that might have been because of a lack of quality in their youth set ups. This is the first time he has ever had access to a top class set up at youth level. We will only find out if he is willing to use them now to be honest.}

I always seem to forget Murray for some reason. Can't believe he's still banging in goals at 35.
England's striker depth is actually quite poor. You have Carroll and Deeney as well, but they too are average at best.

Ed001, I have also noticed that there are very few young, quality strikers these days. Harry Kane and Icardi might be the only ones with guys like Werner, Jovic, Mitrovic still having a lot to prove.
This is a far cry from a few years back when there were so many young world-class CFs like Aguero, Suarez, Benzema, Higuain, Cavani, Diego Costa, Lewandowski etc.

Yeah it will be I hope the younger ones get given a shot as Sarri is one that likes saying he looks to improve his players and with the right nurturing we could have a few gems
