Inter knocked out of the champion league and it feels like Chelsea should pounce on Icardi. Pay the money and sort out the striker once otherwise another club would. We need to build the spine of our tseam and Icardi certainly fit in.
Though in our usual style in transfer market recently we are either going to wait until it's almost late or eventually he goes somewhere else. Then we will be forced to any unproven alternative and the circle continues. Lack of a class striker has made sarri-ball ineffective and he would upgrade every other players around him. No gainsaying the leadership he brings. He seems to be one of the best in his position now.

Icardi in at all costs! Would totally revolutionise our side! If there’s any risk we’re going to lose Hazard we need to start adding world class leading players in their positions and Icardi is one of those. Get him in now, whatever they want pay it!

I mentioned on the rumor page that I’d be over the moon with Cavani, but I don’t think a proper striker will be brought in during January.
However I’ve been saying for the past year or so that Icardi would be brilliant for us, regardless if Conte or Sarri was manager. Special player, plays similar to Drogba and Costa. We’ll have to fight off Madrid and whatever large clubs that will surely be in for him.
