Today was much much better, fantastic performance. This is how we started the season. Hopefully we can keep it going.
Excellent team performance, I could name everyone but a couple of stand outs;
Barkely finally showed he can be class. He played brilliant balls forward and drove with the ball. that's what i want to see, easily one of his best of the season. He needs to keep this up.
Hazard was his usual self, the man just turns up when he wants to turn up. Excellentm
Higuain was brilliant. Finally we have a no.9 that will gobble up chances. Brilliant goals.
Christensen was quality. Big call dropping Rudiger but it was vindicated. Top performance.

HIGUAIN! I miss the movement of a proper striker in the team.
Another positive for me was Sarri playing Kovacic in Jorginho's position when he was subbed off- it means that Sarri is actually considering Kovacic for that Jorginho's position- good one from Sarri.
The players' movements today was quicker. Truly CFCShak, Hazard, Christensen and Barkley all played really well today.
Again Godbless Ngolo Kante, his work rate is too much.

Movement was key today. If the players are willing to make things happen with quick, smart movement then we are a great team to watch. Also they need to pay attention to Higuains's movement, such a smart player.
Kante is brilliant. He may not be playing the regista role, but does he need to? He is still making more than enough interceptions and going forward his actually quality. I love his runs.

Very encouraging from Higuain showing the others how it is done. One, two touches and bang, a goal, a rebound or miss, it keeps the defence worried; a lesson for Willian and Pedro, a couple of touches and let go. I do like the look of Kovacic in Jorghino's role.

I know it was against a really poor Huddersfield side but thought we looked a lot more solid with Christensen. He just sees danger so much earlier than Rudiger and can therefore sheppard people far better.

Barkley was excellent for the most part today! I just want him to pull the trigger more, gets in great positions and his first instinct is to pass, he has great technique so he should use it more. Willian also much better, stayed wide, crossed the ball, work rate was superb as well. Great performance all round. Let’s hope we continue this into the City game!

I think on recent form teams like Huddersfield were our Achilles heel. 10 men behind the ball and we can't break them. So to put away a team that had 10 men behind the ball was refreshing.
