Biggest problem I have at the moment is that I didn't think we'd beat Wolves last week and I didn't think we'd beat Everton today.
I carry no confidence in Chelsea winning games at the moment.
I don't trust Sarri to win games with the current squad, due to them not fitting his system and his reluctance to change the system.
If the transfer ban stands, and he is unable to bring in players suited to his system, then he will simply have to go. We'll need someone who can make the most out of what they have. Sarri, for me, clearly isn't that type of manager.

I think the players have limited confidence as well J.
No leadership on the pitch and some would say no leadership of the pitch.
IMO Sarri isn’t the only problem, there is a very long list of problems.

I feel the same vs West Ham and all the other teams that fall in the same bracket. We simply can't finish teams off and we are desperately prone to any sort of counter attack. Every loss has been so predictable. Also why does conceding 1 goal break the back? What's happened to the fight?
I agree the current team simply cannot adjust to his tactics. As a manager he should be more inventive and change things and the fact that he doesn't will cost him his job in the end. Same old story every weekend.
I'm bang in the middle with Sarri. I know there are a lot of people that want him out and some that want him in. However, his stubbornness is slowly killing me as a fan. His substitutions beg to differ.
Out ticket to success this season is the Europa League. We just have to hope that we don't fact Napoli or Arsenal somehow.

100% Sarri isn't the only problem. Sacking him and bringing a new manager would effect very little unless it was part of bigger changes.

J, my real point is sacking Sarri may well be missing the target and IMO will NOT solve the fundamental issue that our last three managers have all raised.
It’s all to easy to blame the manager and think that sacking him alone will solve the problem.

Well we won't face Arsenal or Napoli until the final if we get there. We have either Benfica or Frankfurt in the semi if we win our quarter final.
