Hi Ed, after the signing of fellipe luis are we still in the market for any player(s)? x
{Ed008's Note - You will see a few players leaving out on loan/transfer now, interest is still there for Pogba and Varane doesn't mean a transfer has to happened this summer. I don't see Jose making any more 1st team signings tbh.
Not even a striker yet Ba, Eto and Lukaku are or have been shown the door? Still short on upfront.
{Ed008's Note - Ba and Eto'o have left, Torres I think won't leave till his contract expires IMO
I fully expect Torres to stay. Especially as no one is willing to pay his wages or an inflated transfer fee. But if Lukaku goes that leaves us short. Surely another striker will come in. Plus Tiago as back up. Still need that one midfielder to play next to Matic.
Mourinho has said he wants two more first team signings, possibly a center back and centre midfielder
Don't forget we have now got romeu, which was a surprise to me. If lukaku goes and drogba returns then he might make do with drogba, Torres and Costa, but still would like to see a young striker come in. If we can get varane now then I am sure that will happen, depends what Jose wants to do with zouma.
I really think Zouma will stay, I think we'll learn more towards the end of pre-season what's happening with the team.
