Ed is there any new interest in Cuadrado?
Just saying Di Marzio has reported it even though it doesn't mean much. I'd love him at Chelsea if we could move on Schurrle and Salah. I don't understand why a lot of people weren't keen. He's not inconsistent he just gets moved out of position a lot even to RB. People who say he's similar to Willian have never watched him play. He does have a great work rate that's why he's been played wing-back a lot but he's a lot more devastating going forward. He had 11 goals and 9 assists last year when being moved out of position. That with being in an average side and a defensive league like serie a is is a quality return. I watched him in the World Cup and he was very good it's just a shame James Rodriguez took the limelight off him. What I wanna say is he is a quality winger who is fast, direct, skillful, can beat a man (which Willian can't), and he's very clinical in front of goal. I'd like to see it happen as a replacement for Schurrle with preferably a youth player taking Salah's place hopefully Loftus-Cheek for cm as we could move Fabregas forward. Cuadrado doesn't get on with montella either which is the reason why he hasn't played as much.

Yeah I agree, if we get another direct winger like Hazard we will be devastating. Look how well it worked when we had Duff/Robben/Malouda and even Kalou

Rather give Traore a shot on that right wing before getting Cuadrado. He glides past people like it's nothing :)

Ed I know it's early days and it probably won't happen but what do you think of Cuadrado?
I'd say he's definately an upgrade on Willian. With a great work rate but more devastating in the final third.

Wouldn't be particularly happy with him to be honest as do not think he is an upgrade over what we have already. can't understand why we didn't make an attempt to sign Sanchez in the summer. Think someone young with potential should be bought instead of someone who is almost 27 and should be at peak of his powers and is still not a world beater. Unless we get reus think we should go for someone like isco or Jesé at real.

Cuadrado is simply not an upgrade on Willian. Some people just need to ignore hype!
