Wonder if there is anything in this cavani to Chelsea rumour? Or is it just recycled rubbish. I would take him over morata anyday.

Probably recycled rubbish but I agree with you. Think his style of play would work perfectly in the prem. Surely PSG wouldn't want to sell after already losing Ibra though. Wouldn't want him if it meant losing Costa though.

Not sure why people don't rate morata, I think he's very good. He's not worth £60-£70m but with the extra money flying about the premiership, clubs will be held to ransom. Cavani would be a massive buy, I rate him really highly and was gutted we didn't sign him from Napoli. Lukaku i'm 50/ 50 on as he's scored bags of goals in the league but first touch is awful for a pro footballer, having said that imagine Costa and lukaku together up top. frightening.

Morata is a good player but not worth more than 30 million Imo. Cavani and Costa up front would be amence. Plus cavani can play out wide also, his versatility is a big draw. Can't see it happening. Morata is looking more and more unlikely. I'm a big fan of lukaku as a player but his history is a concern. Barbosa I must admit I haven't seen play so I won't comment. All of the above look a stretch witch leads me to ask who else is out there? I will also say I'm not to concerned as Costa and michy are solid and I'm a massive fan of traore. The fan in me though loves the rush of a new big name signing I won't deny.
{Ed018's Note - Cavani does not want to play out wide. It's been a bit of an issue at PSG the last few years. I'm sure he is glad he will get to play through the middle now that Ibrahimovic has left}

Who cares about what we pay? Are you paying it out your pocket? Don't get why supporters get so worked up over the figures. The club deal with all that. Sounds like we want to be like Arsenal - oh can't pay that as our books won't look good. What a load of rubbish. The board know what they are doing. Who cares if we pay £1 or £100m for a player. It doesn't affect your wallet so why worry?

Only person getting worked up is you mate. Have a kitkat. I don't happen to think a player is worth what is quoted, which is a valid point! Also don't want to see my club get held to ransom for any player!

If the club don't want to put they won't pay. It's simple isn't it?
With the amount of money in the sport nowadays is it surprising how much players are going for?

It's a site were transfers are discussed. An integral part of a transfer is the price a player goes for? Why would you be so surprised this is talked about? I happen to think a particular player is overpriced, does not mean I'm overly bothered about it. It means I think he is over priced! i'm ok with money being spent, let's face it in today's inflated market you have no choice. But once it's spent well.
