Chelsea had a bid accepted for 30 million euros by santos for Gabigol but the player hasn't made his mind up yet.
Any truth to this?

I wouldn't read too much into the fee - as Ed has explained previously, there are many parties involved and any fee has to satisfy each party. The reports of the figure Juventus offered was supposedly just for the Santos portion of the deal. the total transfer fee will be a lot more than the figures bandied about right now.

I also spoke to a guy at Santos last night who said Barbosa rejected the offer. Frustrating as the kid is a real talent.
