Di Marzio seems to think there may be some negotiations regarding the two players moving in opposite directions, however there is no mention of time scale.

Personally I'd like to see Matic go to Juve for £10m off the Sandro price tag than see him at United for £35m.

40m plus matic, and I'd prefer to see matic like you at juve than in England as his not as bad as people make out,

Considering the recent reports, i can't see sandro coming. Juve don't want to lose a 3rd defender and apparently are not interested in using matic in exhange for Sandro. Again the board missing out on another deal because they take ages to negotiate.

Considering recent reports, i can't see the deal for sandro happening now. Juve don't want to lose a third defender and are not intetested in having Matic in exchange for sandro. Again our board taking ages negotiating has cost us another player.

{Ed001's Note - not true, clear you don't understand the situation. Sandro was a player they never wanted to sell, but Chelsea have taken time because they are trying to persuade them to do so. Juve have been constantly messing the board about, naming a price, then upping it as soon as Chelsea agree to pay it. I don't understand why some of you want to blame the board?}

15 Jul 2017 06:38:41
Well then my apologies if so, Just don't understand why Juve would keep increasing the asking price when they are willing to pay it. They even said they wouldn't keep a player who wants to move. I assume they are just trying to get as much as possible out of the board or to push us away.

{Ed001's Note - they are just trying to keep the player without rejecting a deal outright.}

Ok thanks Ed, this whole saga was driving me mad.

{Ed001's Note - why? What does it matter? It is just a transfer. People take this stuff way too seriously.}

15 Jul 2017 07:21:34
Because you want the best for your club. When class players are there you want them because it can take your club to the next level. And when other clubs are strengthening it can make people worry. I just seem to worry more than others.

{Ed001's Note - why worry about a game? I don't get it. I love watching it, but I don't see the point in stressing about how is or isn't bought.}

15 Jul 2017 07:38:22
I ask myself the same thing. I love the club too much, Sandro is a amazing player and just wished to have seen him in a Chelsea shirt.

{Ed001's Note - he would have been an excellent signing but you still have Alonso.}

Cheers for the update ED1, as always the info is brilliant.

I think it's better that Chelsea walk away from the Sandro deal and move on to other targets knowing that there is still time in the transfer window. No point negotiating with a team that keeps going against their word when the board agree to pay. Why waste any further time. Sandro probably does not want to force through a transfer either.

{Ed001's Note - welcome.}
