He is only 18 and his family and friends are all in London.
The form of young players can be a bit like a roller coaster and unless the player is super tough mentally, I would stay close to my family and friends.
My guess is he will play more minutes as the season progresses anyway.
The Club have supposedly made him a very good offer and I think he will sign the contract.

i really do hope your right in his case as i believe he's 1 who just gets ya on the edge of your chair when he gets on the ball.
ur a wise fan what are your thoughts on cristensen and ruben loftus cheek? will they eventually be sold or do u see them as a big future for cfc there both 50/ 50 to me cristensen did well last season but was critisised heavily for mistakes in 2 or 3 big games . rlc on the other hand is just 1 of those players who has the talent but looks so lazy and uninterested on the pitch just my opinion. if i was ever good enough to be at that level an get to play for a club i love id be running around like my life depended on it.

Last season, Christiansen was playing so well and then he was at fault for a couple of goals and all his confidence seemed to drain away from him.
So, I do have concerns about his mental toughness.
RLC is a different situation. My first thoughts were he is lazy without the ball but I think Sarri has brought about some improvement on that score.
My bigger concern with Ruben is I’m not sure what position he plays or should play in a Sarri team.

To be fair Willian and Pedro are both on there way out at their ages also hazard could well leave so even with pulisic coming in i hope there is still space for CHO to play a big part for us.

i also agree with that tom nobody seems to no what rlcs best position is which is a bit concerning considering he's now 23.as for christensen do u think hel go on to be anything special or just an average cb. i don't see him been a top cb but hey who am i too say such a thing its just a personal opinion and as for rlc i don't think hel ever succeed at cfc.

Magichandshurley, I think you are spot on with RLC, or Christianson. Neither will make it at CFC and to be fare to them they need to go to play regular football. both could command good fees to be used on mor
E suited players.

i no people might not like our opinions and i don't really care its a site for opinions and were entitled to ours. i don't get offended by people saying rlc an cristensen should be playing. but yeah andrew i guess if both proved us wrong its a good thing as any fan would want to see youth team players make the break through. but tom b said in a different post or maybe dis cristensen seems mentally weak and rlc well we all no his story he just looks so lazy and ud never think his career at cfc is on d line. if u ask me these guys are 21 and 23 they probably are already millionaires so maybe that affects them. who knows. i hope we do turn hudson odoi into a superstar do as i believe he can get to sterlings level sometimes these guys just need a bit of faith. i did feel in d charity shield with odoi he just didn't bother even trying to run at walker cause he knew walker is quick he didn't go at him once it was like he didn't want to lose d ball rather dan gambling 3 or 4 times during d game an trying somethin he was d same v watford when he came i felt he's just a little bit unsure at times when he could have ran at d full back 1 on 1 he turned an played a simple ball which is ok but not every time your a winger go excite us a bit your young your energetic go enjoy urself it feels like ders pressure from sarri not to lose d ball on every player.

I'm pretty sure robben and ribery are leaving next season. Not sure on that but I remember reading it. I think they were looking at lozano but even still he's beginning to break through here so I wouldn see why he would go. I'm surprised there aren't more looking at ampadu though tbh.
