So it turns out I might have been working with someone who has friends at the club for weeks...
Apparently we will be signing a young forward from Bristol City with Kalas permanently going the other way.
Posting this here to check the veracity of the rumour, so if it’s a load of rubbish don’t shoot the messenger haha.
Also have been told that the signing of Pulisic has made a lot of the youth staff disillusioned with the academy, questioning the point of it. Not sure whether that is directly linked to CHO or what, it wasn’t made clear to me, but I thought I’d post that too!
Hope this is legit, would be pretty exciting to get the occasional tidbit!

Rumour it is Antoine Semenyo of Bristol City.

Local Bristol press have been reporting Semenyo will sign for us for the past couple of days.

That rumour regarding Semenyo has been around for a few days now. I hope the kid know what his doing before he signs for the mighty blues.

I think the Pulusic signing absolutely could have dissalusioned the youth and the staff. There’s no chance Willian leaves in the summer therefore if no one else leaves that’s hazard Willian Pulusic CHO (in that order), Sarri also barely rotated so I don’t see why he would stay unless hazard/ Willian leave. Cho is possibly just as good as Pulusic possibly better just hasn’t had the chance.
{Ed0333's Note - CHO is not as good as Pulisic mate IMO. I think you’ll be surprised just how good the fella is Standard. He was on fire the season before last in the Bundesliga and if he gets anywhere near that level you’ll have an excellent player.

Alright mate good to know, I’ve honestly seen Pulusic for about 120 minutes this year so I’m not clued up on it. Reckon he’ll start over Willian next year?

Ed0333; I wouldn't agree with you completely yet (that Hudson Odoi isn't as good as Pulisic) ; cos this is the English football that we are talking about- a league that you must first- learn before you can make an impact in. Hudson already knows English football, I am positive that Pulisic will be great for us too but I haven't seen him in English football yet, so there's still some uncertainty there in what Pulisic can do in this unpredictable English football. My dream Ed will be seeing both Hudson Odoi and Pulisic play for Chelsea. They are both fantastic players and kudos to the board for buying a player like Pulisic but Hudson Odoi has got to stay long-term (he is the first player that has handed in a transfer request and still stayed at a club longterm for years) .
{Ed0333's Note - mate I absolutely have no doubt both Odoi and Pulisic will be tremendous for you and I hope both of them get the platform to showcase their talents. I’ve seen more of Pulisic than I have Odoi hence my sunjective opinion. You will know better than me about odois abilities. What I will say Pulisic will bring you massive exposure in the USA which is a bonus.
