Ed001, I'm going to ask you as I know Ed002 has stopped posting on here and I respect that decision.

So I was wondering whether you know of any plans at Chelsea regarding Alex Sandro. He's been dropped for some important games this season, most recently against Napoli (just this weekend) . And apparently he's been well below his level of the past 2 seasons.
Could we see Chelsea moving for him in January again? Alonso can't play the whole season like this, getting minimal rest. So we need another wingback/ fullback for that left side. And we know Chelsea wanted Sandro. Now it seems Sandro isn't completely happy at Juve (not signing a new contract there and not playing at his best) . Do you think Juve would be willing to deal in January?

Thanks for any info you could provide us with, Ed001. I think I speak for everyone on here in saying that we would greatly appreciate some news on Chelsea.

{Ed001's Note - I know both Chelsea and Sandro would like to make the deal, Juve are the only sticking point and they are in a bit of a mess this season so might be happy to make a deal. I don't know what they are thinking though, so I can only guess on their side from the info I have. There are quite a few issues behind the scenes there, it really would not be a surprise if Sandro was allowed to leave.}

Thanks for the update, we do miss 002 thou and 99% us appreciated his insight. We know it’s not gospel as things can change so quickly with targets players etc so let 002 we want him back.

Thanks for that, Ed001. I appreciate you taking the time to reply :)
A January deal would probably be difficult as they'd likely want a replacement. But it's good to read that Sandro wants a move as well.

{Ed001's Note - he wanted to leave in the summer and things are difficult at Juve this season, as has been shown by their results, so it is little wonder he wants out.}

Imagine how much he’d improve us. I’d love us to sign Alex Sandro. The only other were lacking then is just goals from midfield really.

{Ed001's Note - maybe buy the Benevento keeper for late goals?}

well the trolls have proved themselves to be useless, having failed to provide any information in ed02s absence. They cannot criticise ed02 because they are as much use as a bar of chocolate in a sauna.

Nah Ed001, we'll just get either Goretzka or Sergej :-P I'm a fool for hoping.

{Ed001's Note - you never know mate, but I would have thought Drinkwater could add goals, he scores a few and I would expect Bakayoko to do so as well once he settles in.}

Both are regularly getting into good positions when we're playing a 3 man midfield. Just the finishing touch's been lacking :)

Sid1; please give it a rest, I think the quarrel is quite enough.

I think Drinkwater is better in midfield at this moment than Baka. Maybe after a season in the Prem Baka will show more skill on the ball infront of goal. our mid is awesome at the moment. Adding Loftus next season we will be stronger.

Real seem to reluctantly be open to selling Asensio, we should definitely try to get him if we can.
