going to get pelters but hey ho wouldn't bother me if conte left to be honest
cant stand his style of football this 3 4 3 formation we have become very predictable
if we play a team below 15th in league we swap a midfielder fabregas for pedro or willian.

when we play better teams we just sit back and hope hazard does something.
if we play Barcelona with this way of playing we will get spanked
ed said a few weeks ago that 2 managers got sacked for being predictable and I think this team is more predictable than any in the top six and certainly since jose first time around.

I think conte will go to madrid personally Zidane won't be there
I understand he is frustrated in the transfer market but he started this new way of playing which technically I feel meant some good players left and some good players aren't being used to there potential.

We haven’t signed a big big name in a long time and are. It going to be buying any superstars so for me we need a superstar manager and conte is that, doesn’t let players dictate to him and I agree playing lower teams is our issue as maybe he under estimates them or just doesn’t have the player he wants, but for me his vital, who else is there, Simone is so boring, watching athletico was hard work other day, Tuchel is a foreign Brendan Rogers, great going forward but no control over players and can’t defend, Allegri isn’t exciting and only won with best team in Italy, ( contes juve )

For me Antonio Conte is the best manager out there. Chelsea board should be dissapointed if he was to leave. Give him his transfer targets and let's see what he can do.

Conte and that formation won us the league last year. The only problem I have is when we play the lower teams in happy starting with the formation but if things ain't going our way 3 centre backs seem to stay on the pitch when we don't need them, take one of them off and put a attacker on. If Conte was ever to leave at a long shot I wouldn't mind JT and lamps having go.

Ancelotti in a heart beat. Some of the play under him was phenomenal. But I do think a lot of the issues we have with lower div teams is the mentality of the players rather then the coach. He’s not the one who crosses the white line. Some days he plays the same team. Same team who can perform against high end opposition (Atletico) and then play poorly against others. So can’t see if being the managers fault.

Only my opinion but ancelotti I feel isn’t the same man as before, times change and would be a step back, as for JT or lamps I wouldn’t want, his a legend at the club and should stay that way, come through youth maybe and become assistant but not a fan of ex legends taking over as manger,

Carlo for me too I agree with most on these posts I like Conte but he’s no plan B and we become so predictable I am by no means a manager but I can tell you most of time exactly what he’s going to do and who we have two styles or should I say two ways of setting up and it’s being worked out every week and that’s what’s making it so hard to beat the smaller teams.

Know body is going to come in and have full control of transfers and day to day activities but am sure there told that before they get hired that’s just how Mr Abramovich wants the club to be run and who are we to tell him other wise for what he’s done for this great club of ours.

Think it’s just the way of the world players / managers just come and go now if Conte leaves he leaves we will still get a good manager and still be fighting for all 4 top trophies same with the player hazard leaves am sure they will sort it I’d be a little more frightened if hazard was to go than Conte though. Again I like Conte but would take Carlo if he was to leave.
