Scoreline doesn't reflect our performance at all tbh. Thought Willian, Kante and Rudiger can leave with their head held high after their performances, they were excellent. Mistakes once again was the deciding factor in both legs as it has been in a lot of our losses this season.

The fans got what they wanted in Conte starting a striker to allow Hazard on the wing but he didn't do enough at all in either legs when we needed him which is disappointing. Next two games are the big ones however, wasn't really going to challenge in this Competition but FA cup and top 4 is still alive and with Kane out for our game at home vs Spurs we have a real chance of catching them.

This season and next season really rely on these two games now. Also only negative to say on this game is how awful Courtois was once again. He clearly doesn't want to be here and his abysmal performances show it. Never seen a goalkeeper open his legs so much for the opposition.

Couldn't care less if he leaves as long as Hazard doesn't go with him. Respect to all the fans who made the journey there and hopefully they have a safe trip home 👍.

Totally agree for Courtois. I never really liked him too tall awkward and bad with his feet. Also Hazard needs to go too.

If Hazard is worth £150m+, what is Kante worth!

Kante should be valued around the same as Hazard easily. But in todays market attacking players are usually valued higher than defensive ones so he most likely isn't. Although the guy is irreplaceable for us so i wouldn't consider any sum for him. He's the core of our team but i hope in the summer we can get a top midfielder to play alongside him. Or atleast put Luiz in there which i think would suit us perfectly.

Totally agree about Courtoise, thought clearly to blame for first goal. Also thought his positioning for for second and third were poor.
I have always thought that if you have a great keeper the team may have a poor day but the keeper keeps you in those games. I have never felt he was like that. Lately every mistake the team makes we end up conceding.
So sell him and get in for butland or the burnley keeper pope.
