Am i the inky 1 strangely happy about europa league football next season? for the simple reason it gives hudson, odio, ampadu etc., a chance in the starting 11 and hopefully they'll thrive.

I hate that we'll be in the Europa League. It means we'll be playing on Sundays every other week and playing catch up from the get go to City, United and Liverpool.

If we're not in the Champions League I'd prefer us not to be in Europe altogether.

Yes, if we have a manager who will play the youngsters (we have to now we can't compete with several of rivals in transfer market), with promise that he won't be sacked after a single season or half way through first one. I'm assuming like most that Conte is a goner, it's been rare to see his passion (which we loved) of last season during this one and today he again looked like dead man walking. Perhaps time for the club management to realise that long term building could mean we don't win anything for a season or even two?!
