Why? Players will only improve until they decide not to, players are problem as much as manager, and we keep sacking managers yet have same problems, jose 2 times, Sarri conte, they gave up after 4 minutes. Literally gave up, same as when we conceded v Bournemouth,

I’m sure poc and the media darlings with Kane Ali eriksen etc have been spanked numerous times by pep’s city and have conceded st least 4 goals on few occasions, Klopp also has? The board haven’t done there job for 3/ 4 seasons, and now it’s shown, players have been back when managers should have. I think Simon Phillips has said Chelsea need a real football man to be sporting director to help lead us back up table, Sarri is making mistakes. but mistakes pep Klopp Emery all have made, players apologising after these games are the ones who need to show the fight and balls that when we go behind they stand up and be counted, not hide behind a manager,

Poch isn't stupid enough to leave Spurs and come to Chelsea. We can pay him whatever money he wants and he still won't come to a club where 3 or 4 bad results in a row means fans like you and there are plenty like you get on his back for him to get sacked.

Just to let you know poch struggled massively at spurs at the start, he hasn't won anything yet. Im sure you would call for his head to be sacked with those stats. Same with Klopp and same with Pep. No doubt they are all class managers. However, at chelsea i think all 3 would have been sacked because they would have all failed in their 1st season and instant success winning fans would want them sacked.

I agree players can be . but it doesn't help when the manager chooses players that are clearly not performing and playing players out of position. So. he has to go for me.
you can fully understand that certain players want to leave the club. if the players ahead were performing then I get leaving them out (youngsters etc) .
not saying do this but do you think 11 youngsters could of done any worse than our first team tonight.

any other job. if u don't perform or give 100% u get sacked. so why football any different. yes I get you can't easy sack them (due to contracts and payouts etc) but you can easy drop them for someone else, that wants to play and give 100%.

so that is want every fan wants, drop the underperformers and try someone else. if that doesn't work after a FEW games, then u can say he's ttied but not like last week giving Emerson one game then dropping him, as like the 4-0 defeat was his fault.
