Who do people believe will win the champions league this year?

And secondly who do people believe will be the over-acheivers?

I'm going for Real Madrid, and Porto.

Wouldn't know about overachievers. I think perhaps Dortmund will overachieve (with all their injuries and stuff I don't know if many people expect them to do well). They can give any team a tough battle I reckon.
Bayern will win it IMO. They have a crazy talented squad and they don't have to focus much on the league.

I think the overachieving comment was based on Dortmund's CL campaign, not their domestic league.

Winner for me comes down to bayern or real. For overachievers I think atletico can still do some damage if they're allowed to be considered an overachiever. They'll prolly come out of thei groups as leaders and by the time of the knockouts simeone will prolly have them on the same page.
