Hello guys,
Didn't see yesterday's match as was with my girlfriend for the first time in 3 months (some things are apparently more important than football) but I have to say overall I am glad we went out looking back on it. It hurts sure, but it'd hurt more going out at Wembley for me, plus for our season no one in the squad (minus Willian, Zouma, Traore and Kenedy) for me has deserved it.
Now we have nothing to play for, let's start anew- I'll be doing a very long post regarding where I think transfers et al all went wrong in a few days, but for now, I think we are in a great position. We have the best youngsters in Europe and nothing to play for. RLC, Aina, Da-Silva, Clarke-Salter, Traore, Kenedy, Colkett all for me deserve a chance in their natural positions to show what they can do. Who knows, we may have the new Terry, Ashley Cole, Pogba and Dani Alves among that lot.

Surely "seeing" your girlfriend for the first time in 3 months should only last 5 mins what about the other 85 mins of the match?

I wish it was that simple mate- a late opening shopping centre was the bane!

Trouble is those of us who were unfortunate to watch that performance wished we hadn't. I wish we had won, but we always think that but to say we were impotent would be an understatement.
I read the report about lukaku running through the defence for the first. I actually thought his name was Moses because our defence parted like the Red Sea, courtois was suspect for second just like psg second goal first game.
