Athleti for me are favourites but it'll be a very close group imo. If we can bring anyone in that'll improve our team this week then I'll give us the edge but Athletico are such a strong team. They really don't get enough recognition because of being in the same league as Barcelona and Real.

If we don't sell Costa to atletico until January then, as long as we've qualified already, I'd like to play Costa in one of the group games. Just so he can't play in Europe again this season. Some sort of last minute justice for him being a douche.

Why are Athletico favourites? They struggled in their league last season. I fancy us going through comfortably there. Cannot wait. Bring it on!

Don't athletico have transfer ban until Jan anyway, I might be wrong. Think spuds will qualify behind Real Madrid, there form away from Wembley will get them through.

It will be tough. It really depends on how well atletico do. They were rather poor last season and haven't started well this season. Given the likely results in other groups, coming second wouldn't be the worst thing which I'm certain we'll manage at least.

Shouldn't matter whether we finish 1st or 2nd as some groups are so strong we could easily face Real, Barcelona or Juve regardless of where we finish. Tough group though as everyone will be expected to take 6 points against Quarabag.
