Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed contract talks with Maurizio Sarri have broken down, saying that Sarri 'has not responded to their contract offer and has now ran out of time"

Sarri has also spoken to press practically confirming his Napoli departure stating that 'he won't be managing another Italian side'. 

Could he be our next manager.

Haha Obinna, not a campaign! Just giving my opinion. I don’t have a clue where I stand with Conte to be honest, he has made some major mistakes but has brought some pretty important success to the club. In regards to Sarri, I’m sure he is a very good coach but I don’t want to be terrified every time he opens his mouth!

If we can’t get Favre I wouldn’t be adverse to appointing Gasperini. He’s done an amazing job with Atalanta and has promoted a fair few youth players during his time.

I still hope Conte stick around for next season, at least see out his contract. Tbh I'm yet to see a better and assuring option than Conte in all these names been thrown around for us.
If nobody complained last season about Conte when we were setting longest winning streak record then whatever issues with him can be resolved. Its no rocket science to understand what went wrong in our season. We sold important members of our squad without adquate replacement and no other quality re-enforcement. (Both wanted the move) Other problems were consequent on this fact. Though Conte cannot be absolved in all the problems, I feel he's made a scapegoat.
Caution because not all the acclaimed good coaches are winners and not even his critics can take such fact from Conte. I know how fickle fans all over can be. When we play sexy football and not win trophies as usual (Arsenal) then we will be calling for the head of the coach.
In essence I believe that if Conte is backed in the transfer, he would deliver. Afterall he's not as defensive and boring as his critics make it out if his team is on song. Mourinho still has a job today even as he is renowned for negative and pragmatic style of football.
