I follow my team regardless of the situation. MDW you carry on praising opposition players and criticise your own team, you are the most negative fan i've known on here. Have you ever been satisfied? Your always the first for managers to get sacked. Stop being an instant success fan and pray for stability. Its more than the manager that is the problem.

Nick you care to share who you want as our manager given that Sarri isn't up for the task? Your another poster that posts rubbish after rubbish. Get a grip son. We are 4th, we've got a transfer windown ahead of us. You seem like a depressed fan, non stop negatuve rubbish. Go supoort liverpoop or Man city if you can't take the bad results of late. I rate Jorginho, yes he's having trouble adapting but that's expected. Far out guys give it a break. Okay so we sack Sarri, what next? Who do you suggest we bring in? We all want attacking football but we don't have the players to play it, it's as simple as that. Any manager that comes in will face the same problems and will need to go through the same transition phase that Sarri is having to go through currently.

I get the whole piece around not rotating but see it from Sarris POV he drops Willian, Alonso etc and watch the so called "senior" players throw their toys out of the pram and start undermining him, case in point was Conte with Willian.

We've been dictated by player power for far too long and unfortunately we don't have any leaders left in the squad to pull it back into line Ala Terry and Lampard. Sarri will get the players he wants and move on the players that don't fit his system until that happens reserve judgement, fact of the matter is we aren't the team we were 5-10 years ago and we are going through a transition phase which will take time, have faith!
