In fearful we genuinely might get relegated this season. We only avoided it last season thanks to tuchel getting us points.

It has been utterly disastrous from the new owners. We are in big trouble.

We won’t get relegated.

We might be mid table or slightly better. No one will be happy with that and it will be interesting to see how the owners and fans react if that does happen.

It’s just my opinion that we will NOT be relegated. I also don’t think we will finish in the top six.

I agree we have no right to expect success and we certainly have zero guarantees of success.

Let me make it clear again. I will also not be happy with a mid table league position before people think I am in some way excepting mediocrity.

I don't understand that we don't have the right to be up there. After spending more on transfers than any other club? To whom much is given much is expected.
I have been saying that our new owners are not what we expected.

They may know a thing about sports but definitely not football. They got almost everything wrong at the start especially the coaching team. I expected a seasoned winner to to oversee the rebuild and instill the winning mentality like roman did with mourinho. Poch is never the ideal manager as he not the kind of a winner we require to build up with. He only plays a fairly good football sometimes but not so tactical coach in imo.

Many of us think we are too big to relegate, but it's possible. Our most important players are injury prone and will only make few appearances. When your important players are always out injured you can't be consistent. The coach will always be changing things up, which sometimes will come off and other times fail.

A lot of things are wrong with this Chelsea and so much investment so far might mean it could take a lot of time to change by which time so much damage may have happened including relegation. We are in bigger trouble than many would admit.

Any team with this amount of injuries to first team players would suffer. I saw on the manu page that they are also moaning about injuries and they don't have anywhere near as us.

On top of injuries we also have many young players who need to gel and Poch is also new to the club.

I don't think I have seen fora long time, if ever, a club completely change a squad, never mind a team in such a short space of time.

I would sooner have the players we have now than the overpaid prima Donnas who could not be bothered to kick a ball last season and who could not wait to leave in the last transfer window.

Any team can get relegated, it's upto the teams to get sufficient points in order to avoid it.

Ib, in the last 30 games we have less points than Leicester who got relegated last year. Without tuchels points last year, we would have been relegated. It's simply embarrassing and a complete disaster with an awful plan. Could have had a team of galacticos (not what I woukd have wanted) but instead we have a team that is so devoid of quality. Only sterling and reece james would get into the other top teams.

Tom, I’m not sure which critics you are referring to: supporters, commentators? It is not surprising that people are questioning the way things are going but as supporters we just have to hope for the best. Just because people raise concerns whether from the inside our outside doesn’t mean they have a hidden agenda. If results don’t improve we’re screwed.

Tom, some comments have been OTT but unlike you I have no idea what the agenda is. As supporters we have no influence or control on how the club is run- that’s life- just like things in the bigger picture of things we get on with and complain over a beer or on a supporter’s website.

I have not said anything positive about our performance on Sunday. I do not have a positive agenda. I will always say it as I see it.

I do have an “agenda” when it comes to supporting my club.

If a player or the owners are made reference to by the same posters repeatedly then that for me is an agenda.

If the same posters are negative about everything the has done or is doing, that’s an agenda.

There is nothing “hidden” about it.

I hope that explains what I mean by the term “agenda” in the context of a club I support.

Tom, sorry it doesn’t explain it to me; usually an agenda has a purpose or objective: criticism or concerns isn’t necessarily an agenda. In any event no one on this site can influence or change how the club is operated so if they have an agenda it isn’t going to come to fruition.
