I think we have to keep yesterday's result in context. All of the teams that played in the FA Cup dropped points over the last couple of days, except for Man City but Watford are awful, and Arsenal and United didn't have to go away to the champions. I thought we were sloppy in the first half yesterday and we really struggle when we ate chasing the game, but showed glimpses in the second half to stay opptomisitc. Still have faith for Sundayand think we will beat Wolves comfortably if we get the first goal. Come on Chelsea!

I think as fans we all tend to overreact when results are poor, however I cannot understand why so many fans want Conte out, remember how both Mourinho and Guardiola did last season in the league and how well they are both doing now. That comes from sticking with your managers when things are hard. Football works in cycles and you have to have faith that things will get better. They usually do.

I agree with most of your post. I think lampard is worried about leaders and that is why he plays azpilicueta on the left as he can't drop James. I do think that the criticism of Mount is too much. He has definitely come off the pace in recent months but with youth you have to be patient and give them the chance of being good enough otherwise we may aswell keep buying players.

I suppose that comes to the crux of the problem at Chelsea. Do we stick with these talented but green youngsters and hope they are good enough to build a great side out of. I would do that but I do think at a big club like Chelsea time will always be a problem.

I think your being really unfair on Tammy. He started the season like a rocket and has come off the boil slightly. His hold up play has improved considerably and we always miss him when he doesn't play. I just think that to say after half a season, when he has become integral, that one of our youngsters isn't up to it is unfair. And we can also remember that he is playing no where near 100% fit.

It's unfair to compare ox and llorente to neymar and mbappe. It's more of a comparison to compare morata and bakayoko to them. Both of good age and already excellent players. Let's just see what happens but we have done some good business this summer and with one, two or three more could be an exceptional summer.

I can't agree with you Jackson there. I think any point at Anfield is a bonus as we all know that Liverpool show up for the big games. I hope we beat Arsenal, bit we are in such a good position that another draw wouldn't be too disappointing. I acknowledge the point about Willian especially when Pedro came on and looked bright but Moses so far this season has been a revelation.
