Quality interview Jose mourinho they will never sack him the players that are causing the problems no matter how important they think they are or how good they think they are get them gone Jose has done to much for this great club. I think that playing some players he's making a point.

Are you serious? He talked about honesty. He should have resigned there and then as being unable to change or motivate the team. It is weird though it is as if we are trapped in time warp where all other teams have moved on while we play the same. Could this be possible? We have not dipped in form it is just other teams have learned how to beat us? They can even deal with Hazard. Hmm.

The problem isn't Jose any manager in charge of this team with so many first team players not achieving half of there ability level would have no chance seems to me the only thing that can be put at joses door is loyalty to his old champions I think lack of pressure on the first team for starting positions and no transfer activity ( for starting positions ) talk of Jose leaving should be shelved because I'm sorry there is no one better out there the whole team looks totally out of confidence and some in my option don't look that bothered
That all said this is when we all need to be behind the team easy to support when we are winning

The only problem with that is he can't get rid of players till jan. so he can drop some but the desertion seems to run deep. And all the time he doesn't drop fabregas or ivanovic how can it end anyother way than the managers demise.

Were terrible Terry Cahill ivanovic would struggle to get in any top 4 team now there all over the place fab is shocking hazard done nothing season over and I love Jose but am struggling to think he does no what he doing with the changes and subs he makes

I feel sorry for Terry and Cahill. Cahill is being dragged over to cover Ivanovic and Terry is left in no man's land. The defence are under the cosh because the forwards are not functioning and pressing Southampton in their own half.

Great win, all those players that have struggled seemed to return to form.
But it could have been very different, unless Diego learns to concentrate on football and not fighting. It maybe that he gets done retrospectively. He will go from hero to zero.
The only problem is unless he plays one of the kids he has no other options. Remy mr offside and falcao mr uninterested.

I do hope Chelsea have changed there mind on giving ivanovic a new deal he's been good for us over the year but I don't think he's been great think the important goals have took us all away from the fact he's actually not a great defender and we will not get on to crossing but he put the shirt on and gave his best most games, think also this year will be the last for Terry mikel remy and again we will try to bring in defender midfielder and a striker. Hope we show up against arsenal

I agree , stones will be bought unless Jake Clarke-salter is good enough. Lots of old guard will be fazed out. Though I hope Mikel stays, need someone that's been with us for a while!

midfielders are not helping but i think before they were having to do to much defending because where weak at the back i don't think they need to defend like the do but that's my opinion. We don't want hazard willian fab coming back to defend attack attack is what we want them to do all the time frighten them but we don't we need them to defend because were so weak at the back covering players like terry cahill ivanovic bring in the young blood they can't do as worse.

we played with the same players same style terry is done only god knows what's happened to ivanovic cahill i've never rated my opinion and last year matic and fab were great this year there not and the back four get exposed and there not good enough william tracked back all the time last year which to be fair he has been one of or better players hazard did his defensive work last year not to good this year so that's matic fab hazard oscar not doing that well willian now and again defending ok and that leaves us to the back four ivanovic gone cahill not good enough terry gone dave out of position which he plays well in but still not comfortable. Players have had enough of defending the likes of hazard oscar willian pedro fab even rami and that's why we're conceding because are back four are having to do what there paid for defending and they can't why stones and the lad from psg because we're not good enough at back

I love it when mourinho goes on one cost most times he's right his first years some of the stuff he kept going on about were magical and the game where he named the barca squad also eggs and omelettes class, I think the stuff he says about refs is true about the FA and decisions they overturn/make are true. When he did it when we were winning it was a masterclass people pundits saying he's taking all the pressure off the players and directing attention else where Now people are saying because we're not winning he's bringing the club down and making us look bad Come on the mans a genius and he loves the club mourinho is mourinho stand by him there's know one better

Totally agree some so called super stars need to step up, the rest with ivanovic Terry Cahill just not good enough anymore I no they've done a lot for the club but time moves so quick think Jose is proving a point to club about curtain players
