So, seems like Ampadu will get a loan. Hopefully to a PL team, he's definitely good enough.
Sad to see him leave for a season, but probably best. If the loan club is the right one then he'll play a lot more than he would do for us. Integrating Mount, Tammy and Reece this season would be a lot already. Then we can focus on integrating Ampadu the year after.

Gilmour would probably have been in the squad for Japan but being Scottish he has had to wait for another referendum so he could get a visa!

Really pleased Ampadu going on loan., hope he goes somewhere we’re they have a position ready for him, don’t like him playing CB / DM, grab one position and make it his own, good good player, has that aggression I think christensen lacks.

I think Ampadu should be perfect playing Centre half; besides, I agree that going on a two-year loan with option to recall will be perfect for him.
