I have been saying for a while now we don't need to sign a winger/ wide player. If we did sign one, a top player, where does that leave our 2 golden boys? I'm talking about CHO and Pulisic. Willian pushes them as the experienced player. There are 1 or 2 areas on the pitch where we do need to improve but our wide positions are covered. Trust me. I know best Frankie baby.

But strength in depth is what’ll be needed to compete, and for example pulisic can play centrally. Saw him direct from centre running at defenders and scored 2 from it, CHO is good 1 v 1 too from wide, next season we will no doubt go into season with pulisic and CHO. Mount isn’t a winger so we will need to add a wide player, no doubt about it,

I think we’ll need to sign a slightly older statesman type winger come the summer as I’m sure at least Pedro will leave and Willian possibly too. Someone 28-31 who will come in and be happy enough to be a squad/ rotation option. I can’t think of many at this moment but I’m sure there are a few about.

Anyway jokes aside, we still going to need ro add another winger to oir attack. But do not get ahead of ourserlves as we may only need to get a cover player if CHOz and Pulisic fire on all cilinders. As you can't literally have 3-4 amazing wingers in one team, somebody still has to sit on that cold bench.

You say that but Man City have Sane, Silva, Mahrez and Sterling and that seems to work pretty well for them.
